Maffra Cheese Company is located on a dairy farm in the
heart of Gippsland's dairy country.
Using the fresh milk
provided by the farm's Holstein Friesian cows, Maffra's cheeses are
handmade to traditional methods and carefully matured to their optimal
age.
Owned and run by the diminutive dynamo, Ferial Zekiman,
Maffra Cheese
Company has a reputation in the food service industry for producing
some of Australia's best Cheddar.
The cheese factory is not open to the public however, you
can sample Maffra cheeses at selected farmers’ markets in
Victoria and buy it from retail outlets throughout Australia.
